Alie: Central Iowa Shelter and Services

One of our residents secured a new job and was feeling excited but oddly down at the same time. Tommy went and spoke with him and he said he was embarrassed and unsure how he could do his new role with the shoes he had on (major holes in the bottom of the shoes). Tommy helped him to our clothing closet and found a pair in his size!!! It totally turned around this man’s day. It was a shoe you donated and perfect for him as he will be on his feet a lot for his role!
